February and March events!
Saturday, February 19 at the People's Art of Portland:
"InPrint" a rock poster art show, opens Sat. Feb 19th from 5-9 pm and will be up until March17th. The show will feature 40 + of the top poster artists working in the country.
In addition to posters, I have several original pen and ink illustrations in the show. The People's Art of Portland is located on the third floor of Pioneer Square Mall in downtown Portland.
Friday, March 4 at the Museum of American Illustration at the Society of Illustrators HQ in New York:
I'm honored to have a piece in the Society of Illustrators' annual show of advertising illustration. I'll be at the opening reception in New York on March 4.
Early March: Superchunk
In early March, after New York, I'll be heading down to my old hometown of Chapel Hill to help director Whitey McConnaughy produce a new video for indie rock iconsSuperchunk. I'm looking forward to seeing a bunch of old friends on this trip.
